I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in financial services. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted to step away from the corporate environment and build a career focused on helping people and making a more personal impact.
Being part of our community is important to us. Our agency stays involved through local events, including Movies in the Park, community festivals, and other sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.
Our office is laid-back, lively, and fast-paced. We enjoy working together while staying focused on providing a great experience for our customers. I’m looking for someone who is kind, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you can keep up in a busy environment while bringing a positive attitude to the team, we’d love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Polish, Ukrainian or Russian preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
